Kids
Our kids’ classes provide discipline, community building, and fun for ages 5-13. As they progress, kids are eligible to test for colored belts / ranks.
Mondays + Wednesdays
Ages 5-9, 4-4:40 PM
Ages 8-13, 4:45-5:45 PM
*8-9 year olds based on instructor recommendation

$100/ first month, includes gi/ uniform
Adults / Teens
Adult/ teen training focuses on fundamental technique including open hand, weapons and ukemi (falling and rolling) practice. All levels train together.
